New Build
Starting from nothing. We build the thing, ship it, and you own it outright.
Takeover & Rescue
Inheriting a codebase that's stuck, fragile, or scaring everyone who touches it. We get it moving again.
Ongoing Support
After launch, someone keeps shipping fixes and improvements. That's this, not a one-time handoff.
Audit
Before you commit to a bigger engagement, a focused review of what's actually there and what it'll take to fix.
Talk. Build. Ship. Support.
Discovery
We talk. You explain the problem. We ask questions until we understand it completely. No assumptions.
Build
We write code. Regular updates, working software delivered incrementally. You see progress, not just promises.
Ship
We deploy. Documentation and handoff. You own everything. No vendor lock-in.
Support
We keep shipping. Fixes, improvements, and new features after launch — this is a relationship, not a handoff.
Worth Asking Before You Call
What kind of projects do you take on?
We build and maintain production software for Kenyan and East African businesses — payroll, HR, fintech, booking, and internal tools. If it needs to run reliably and handle real money or real schedules, it's the kind of thing we do.
Do you only work with companies in Kenya?
We're based in Nairobi and most of our work serves Kenyan and East African businesses, but we take on remote engagements wherever the project's a good fit.
What's your tech stack?
Ruby on Rails, self-hosted where it matters, Postgres or SQLite depending on scale. We pick boring, reliable tools over trendy ones — each case study lists the specific stack we used.
Do you take over existing codebases?
Yes — that's our Takeover & Rescue engagement. If a codebase is stuck, fragile, or nobody wants to touch it, we start with an audit, then stabilize before building new features.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Several of our active projects are Ongoing Support engagements — we keep shipping fixes and improvements after the first version ships, not a one-time handoff.
How do I start a conversation?
Book a call. We'll talk through what you're trying to build or fix, and figure out which engagement type actually makes sense before committing to anything.
